Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TR Travel Experiences, we are committed to providing exceptional group travel experiences. Because we enter into contractual agreements with resorts, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and vendors well in advance of departure, the following policies apply to all bookings.

By submitting a deposit or payment, each traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A deposit secures your reservation, event access, contracted accommodations, and administrative processing.

Submitting a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Payment Plans:

TR Travel Experiences offers convenient payment plans to assist travelers with budgeting.

Travelers are responsible for making payments by the scheduled due dates.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without notice.

Late payment fees may apply.

Final Payment:

Final payment must be received by the stated final payment deadline.

Reservations with unpaid balances after the final payment deadline may be canceled.

Any payments previously made remain subject to this cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Traveler:

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation schedule applies:

More than 120 days before departure
Deposit is forfeited.
Remaining payments, if any, may be refunded only if recoverable from suppliers, less a $150 administrative cancellation fee.
91–120 days before departure
Deposit is forfeited.
50% of all additional payments may be eligible for refund only if recoverable from suppliers.
61–90 days before departure
Deposit is forfeited.
Up to 75% of total trip cost is non-refundable.
60 days or less before departure
100% of all payments are non-refundable.

This includes cancellations resulting from personal reasons, work conflicts, family emergencies, scheduling issues, or changes in personal circumstances.

No Shows

Failure to arrive for departure, check-in, or scheduled transportation is considered a “No Show.”

No Shows receive:

No refund
No credit
No future travel voucher
Name Changes

Name changes may be permitted only if allowed by the resort, airline, and applicable travel suppliers.

Administrative fees and supplier fees will apply.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Reservation Transfers:

Reservations are generally non-transferable.

If a transfer is permitted by all travel suppliers, a $200 transfer fee, plus any supplier-imposed fees, will apply.
